Application: To brows: Use short, hair-like strokes to recreate, fill in or darken brows. To eyes: Fol- low lash line and gently sweep over eyelid in the desired length. Can be smudged with brush, appli- cator or Q-tip. To sharpen or sanitize use SMALL PENCIL SHARPENER.
